I'm the CEO of M2M Limited, a Memory, Storage and Technology solutions business operating in the UK and Europe.

I'm extremely passionate about breaking the stigma around men's mental health. We all suffer, and for men, it's all too often in silence. My career journey has been a rollercoaster. From the outside looking in, everything has been plain sailing, but perception often isn't reality, and that is why Tough Too Talk resonates on so many levels.

As a proud ambassador for Tough Too Talk, I plan to use my platforms to encourage vulnerability and open conversations. There is always a way forward, no matter how dark things may feel at the time - we have to take the first step by talking.
