David Fullerton is the Founder and CEO of Professional Security, which he established in 2005. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a £65m+ Top 25 UK security business - now recognised as the UK’s No.1 hospitality security provider, delivering services nationwide through a fully self-delivered model built on quality, compliance, and trust.
Beyond commercial success, David’s true passion lies in championing mental health within the security industry. Having experienced firsthand the pressures faced by those working on the frontline, he knows that talking can save lives. This belief inspired him to launch the No Guard Alone campaign, a movement dedicated to fostering openness, connection, and support among security professionals.
As a proud ambassador of Tough To Talk, David uses his platform to break down stigmas, promote vulnerability as a strength, and ensure that mental health is treated with the same importance as physical safety.
Alongside his advocacy, David also serves as Chair of IPSA and sits on the board of the UKDSA, where he continues to drive progress, social value, and wellbeing across the private security sector.
